OK, you can probably tell that food has been on my mind this week… It all started with those pink truffles and moved right into the mushroom kind. Truffle heaven!
I was organizing my recipe box last night and I found one that I have not made in a while mostly because I could not find it. Spring organizing sounds boring but it leads to good things, which you will see for yourself once you make this amazing dish. The recipe is from “In Style” magazine from 2 years ago or so. I clipped it out and I made it that same day because it sounded almost too good to be true. It was out of this world!
I love truffles.Shaved truffle, truffle oil, black, white truffle, it does not matter. If you smeared some truffle oil on an old shoe, I would it it.
And so, as an authority in this department, I can assure you that if you like truffles, truffle oil or anything truffle-related you will be moaning through your meal. Here it goes. Enjoy!
