One Lucky Duck is my latest obsession. A restaurant, juice bar, an online store and blog created by Sarma gives me style tipsy feeling every time I check it out. Not only is the food AMAZING, but Sarma is a girl after my own heart. She is an animal lover, she has a rescue dog, she is a vegan, she promotes organic raw diet and healthy lifestyle and she makes it delicious and sexy. She also happens to be smart and witty, beautiful and stylish. What’s not to love?
I don’t even remember how I found out about One Lucky Duck but it was mostly likely while searching the net for vegan recipes or vegan restaurants in NYC. Her recipe for breakfast salad caught my eye (as I love eating salads, soups and other unconventional things for breakfast) and I started wandering around One Lucky Duck site. Next thing I knew I had multiple delicious items in my cart including two things I got immediately addicted to: Pumpkin Seed Parmesan:
and Chocolate Cherry Macadamia Brownies:
All I have to say is: YUM! The vegan Parmesan is so good you will be eating it out of the box with a spoon. And the brownies…I’m normally not a big fan of sweets, I simply don’t enjoy anything that’s sugary but these brownies are something out of this world.
All of Sarma’s foods are hand made from organic raw ingredients in Brooklyn. They ship immediately (I mean, within minutes) and arrive super fast. I ordered another batch of brownies yesterday mid-day and they arrived in CT this morning.
Now please excuse me but I have a brownie I have to deal with (with pleasure) immediately!
